UPDATE June 25, 2010
Points race #10 brought the 7k team to the Silver Dollar Speedway during the hot
weather. With a field of 19 cars and Qualifying 8th with a lap time of 13.068 things
looked really good for Kenny. Starting second row outside of the heat race, Kenny had a
good advantage. While trying to pass a car Kenny slipped over the edge of the racetrack
and came back to pass a car and finished 5th. Kenny started 7th and ran a strong race
until the car got tight and started pushing up the racetrack letting 2 cars get passed
him. But soon came a red flag and let Kenny get closer to the field and let him pass 2
cars to finished 7th.
Congratulations to Mark Hall and the 54 team.
UPDATE June 6, 2010
Placerville Speedway has been a regular visit for the 7K Team as Kenny powered his way
to last seasons Rookie of the Year award, however this week we have had the pleasant
experience of running with the talented members of the Golden State Challenge series.
With 410 cubic inch engines you can get around this bullring at just lightning fast
speeds as was proven during qualifying where fellow racer Andy Forsberg turned a 9.971
second lap to take tonight's fast time award. After a bobble in the 1st lap of qualifying
Kenny raced to 9th quick of the 20 entrants.
Heat race efforts were also pretty impressive as Kenny patiently worked through traffic
and finished 2nd behind multi champion Brent Keading to not only earn a stab in the
night's main event but to also run the trophy dash. A last position start of 8th, Kenny
kept pace but just could not get enough momentum to pass.
Starting 8th in tonight's feature event Kenny ran the 7K Eagle Chassis with great
control and speed, moved effortlessly through lapped traffic to chase the leaders on a
drying slick race surface finishing 7th. "We really like Placerville Speedway and the
fans are just great. These Golden State guys are super to race with." Said Kenny
after a solid showing tonight. Great effort by winner Tim Keading and Jonathan Allard.
What a show. The fans definitely got their money's worth tonight.
UPDATE May 30, 2010
Silver Dollar Speedway's turn at the highly competetive Civil War Series. Also this is the
week of the Silver Dollar Fair. The combined events traditionally bring the biggest crowd
to Silver Dollar Speedway; tonight was no exception as the grandstands were full to
capacity.
Qualifying efforts by the 7K team were considered good as Kenny pushed the Eagle
Chassis to the extreme on the 1st lap and jumped over the cushion to almost halt the
progress however coming back on lap # 2 kenny placed 17th quick out of 49 cars. Yes 49
race cars!
Heat race line-up shows the 7K on the outside front row. Keeping pace for 10 laps Kenny
placed the LRT graphics sponsored K&N Filters Eagle to 2nd which placed Kenny
in tonights feature event. Starting 8 rows back would be a challange. During the 1st green
Kenny got up on the top groove of the race track and was making a great effort to get to
the front. Passing some 7 cars in the process. However, the luck ran out as Kenny just
missed the mark in turn 4 to go over the top and come to a stop. Having to start in the
rear of the filed. Track conditions changed drastically and Kenny kept pace. Tires were
going flat as the track dryed and started taking rubber making the racing surface fast and
tricky for all. Finishing the race in the 15th position. Overall a good effort as the 7K
team gained much needed knowledge racing on rubberdown race tracks.

UPDATE: May 1st, 2010
The premier 360 spring car tour, The Civil War Series, gathered again on May 1st
at Placerville Speedway bringing 32 of California's top 360 teams. Qualifying efforts by
the 7K team found Kenny back in the right place finishing 6th.
Heat race line-ups found Kenny at row 3. Finishing a respectable 5th,
however missing the transfer to the night's feature as the program only takes 4 cars from
each heat race to the "A".
Lining up on row 2 of the feature Kenny kept his foot down to power past
fellow placerville racer CJ Humphreys and never look back as the JW Webs Sponsored Eagle
Chassis won the feature and gained the valuable transfer to tonights "A" main
event. With a good start Kenny pursued leaders and found himself jumping the cushion and
coming to a stop in turn 4. After passing an impressive line-up of 7 cars in just 4 laps,
rejoining from the rear, Kenny kept pace with even with a poor handling race car, to
finish 19th. After the race a closer inspection of the car turned up a bent jacobs ladder.
UPDATE: April 30 2010
Silver Dollar Speedway finally fell below flood stage level and brought in 21 of Northern
California's thundering 410 Sprints. Qualifying put the LRT Graphics, JW Web's sponsored
7k sprint into the 12th position. Heat races followed with Kenny running well in a
transfer position then jumping the cushion to fall back to 6th ending with a 9th row start
in tonights feature.
Multiple red flags prevailed as Kenny kept the 7K under control to finish
10th. A good outing for the 7K 410 series in Chico to start the season!
Thanks to LRT Graphics for getting our hauler ready with some DOT
lettering! They did it all give LRT Graphics a call!!

Once again rain has plagued Silver Dollar Speedway as Friday's race has been cancelled due
to the pits being saturated with over 6 inches of water. With that being said, we decided
not to switch the 410 engine with the 360 and to catch a race somewhere else but instead
to dust off the micro sprint we have not raced since the Tulsa Shootout in 2009.
Of course we made this decision at 12:30 Saturday afternoon and were
facing a 5:30 race time at Cycleland Speedway. A hard, quick effort got the Gorden Sears
powered PMP to life. With a couple quick calls to fellow Central California racer, Rodney
Jared we got the car set up to go.
Qualifying efforts placed Kenny 1st! Wow, this car really goes fast!!
Starting last in the trophy dash Kenny pushed to a 4th finish to line up 4th in the main
event. Waiting for it seemed like hours for all the go karts to race finally allowed
tonight's feature, Kenny pursued the leap to 2nd putting on the heat in every corner until
lapped traffic came to play as the leader just could not master Kenny's experience came to
play as he passed for tonights win. Good Effort 7K!!
UPDATE 4-10-2010
Petaluma Speedway was the next stop for the traveling 360 winged sprint cars. As rain has
once again plagued the northstate 410 racing has all but stopped and really hasn't started
yet at Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico.
After an early pill draw Kenny hit the track 3rd out out to qualify with a
track that just was not ready to race on yet. Netting in a 21st qualifying attempt of 32
sprints present.
A front row heat race start would follow with Kenny spinning the tires the
outside groove got off to a better start. Kenny followed in the 4th transfer spot with 3
laps to go following 3rd place into turn 1. Working to get around lapped traffic he spun
collecting the 7k and trying to avoid a crash, Kenny flipped over ending his attempt at a
heat race transfer. With the help of Kevin Sharrah the car was repared quickly and was
ready to race the evenings "B" main event. Starting 4 rows back we needed to
finish 6th or better to transfer. We just missed our mark and finished 7th. We will try
again soon. Congratulations to Andy Foresburg on the Win!!

UPDATE - 03-20-2010
After a long winter break the 7K racing team gathered to open the 2010 Civil War Series of
traveling 360 sprints.
After not being in a sprint car all winter we were anxious to get some
laps in. 32 cars showed up to compete in the tight bull ring known as Pville.
Qualifying showed the car a little tight as Kenny pushed the 7K Chico
Truck and RV Eagle chassis to the 17th position. This set us up for an outside front row
start in Heat #1.
The adjustments made by crew chief Ted Guidotti let Kenny just dominate
the heat race as he won by half a lap.
We needed a 10 at the pill draw to start on the pole of tonight's feature
event, but a 6 was drawn which placed the 7K LRT Graphics sponsored sprint to the 14th
starting position. Six caution periods plagued the event but Kenny kept pace running in
9th position until the last lap when Andy Forsburg made a last attempt to take the lead
away Herman Klien and spun off turn 2. A little confused Kenny slowed and allowed Roger
Crocket to take the 9th position. Finishing 10th the 7K Team is pleased with tonight's
efforts. It was a great season start winning the heat and a top 10.
UPDATE - 01-15-09
As the 7k team prepares for the 2010 Racing Season, we would lke to announce a change in
venue.
After a successful debut in 2009 racing 360 Winged Sprints and capturing Rookie of the
year awards for both the coveted California Civil War Series and the ultra-competitive
Placerville Speedway 360 Sprint Series, Kenny and crew will pursue the 410 Silver Dollar
points championship at the home town Chico track, as well as making as many
"Big" 360 shows throughout California.
Change comes as Kenny will be starting a spring season playing high school
baseball. Sponsorship is currently be sought for the upcoming season. Please contact the
team through their website at KennyAllenRacing.com
